I was checking my account as it was getting close to rent time. I was shocked to see that I had no money, and this mysterious charge from some company called My Money Toolbox. I have never heard of this company nor did I authorize them to debit my account for $29.95. There was a 1-888-485-3158 number that you could call which I did, and got no answer except a machine telling me their normal office hours were M-F, 9 am to 7 pm EST. I had called within the proscribed time frame and there was no one there.

This company is a complete scam, so keep a close eye on your bank statement. I am still trying to get a refund, but I also can't seem to get a person on the line either :|

  • Where did you get the phone number 1-888-485-3158? From your bank?

I see that the BBB in Utah has a report on them that contains the phone number at
