I was called by a man purporting to be a representative of Infusion Resources who told me that I qualified for a Seat Assist Lift from that company. I gave him all the information that he asked for including my Medicare Insurance Carrier and my Primary Care Physician phone and fax numbers. My PCP wrote the required prescription and faxed it back to the company but I have yet to receive the Seat Assist Lift. I looked the company up online and sent them an email detailing all of this on or about May 7th or 8th and still have not heard from them yet.

  • I cannot find/submit proof of the monetary loss at this time, but I am still actively looking for it. The company, however, has not contacted me after two separate inquiries. One of them is a text message which I submitted on their in-house support/contact system. The other most recent contact is one that I submitted orally on a direct phone call that I made on Thursday May 31st.
