I paid .95 on my Debit card for a one time people lookup on 05/15/2012. I was charged an additional $24.95 on 05/19/2012. I spoke to a Customer Services representative named Victor on 05/30/2012, who flatly told me he was the only person I would be allowed to speak to. He stated my only options were to cancel the membership so no future charges would be incurred. I told him that the company he worked for engaged in misleading and very Scuzzy advertising and I wanted the entire $24.95 credited back to my Credit Union account. He hung up on me.
