Although I am looking for a mere $10, I felt it was important for me to add my experience to this group. Also, I am now concerned that I don't have genuine Oliver Peoples frames, but Becky S. has blocked my email address. Here are the emails we've exchanged for the issue I have:

Interesting that you respond now. I emailed this address on 4/26 to say I'd completed the two reviews you asked me to do. You said I would get $10 back on my order if I did this. Then I emailed you on 4/30 because I received no response. Then again on 5/18. Cool that you respond so promptly when you're trying to lock in an order but not when you have to give money back.

OPTICSFAST sent me an email asking me to do these reviews and promising me $10 for doing so. Do I need to forward everything to you? Better yet, maybe you'd like to give me a supervisor's name and number, and I can contact him or her. Or I can contact Oliver Peoples and let someone there know about the problems I'm having with one of their vendors.

That's not my problem, and all is NOT fine. I took the time to do the reviews after you asked me to and promised me $10--deleting them is not going to give me back the time I spent on them. I've been emailing you ever since I did them, and you conveniently have not received any of those emails until I told you I filed a report with the BBB. I'm about to go back and add to my complaint with this latest communication from you.

As the owner of a business, you could use several lessons in how to treat and speak to your customers.

Utter nonsense? Have you looked at reviews about your company (or, more correctly, yourself)? You are the MOST HORRIBLE customer service individual I have ever dealt with in my life. To promise something to someone and then not honor that promise is utter nonsense on YOUR end. You're disgusting. I'm forwarding all emails from you to the BBB. Additionally, I've emailed Oliver Peoples about you. I hope they drop you as a vendor.

You're hilarious. My time IS of value to me. I don't want it wasted, which is exactly what you did by promising me $10 and then not delivering. My reports to the BBB are SOOOOO worth my time (and probably worth everyone else's time--you've got loads of BBB complaints!).
