Their website is deceptive. They take your credit card info and trick you into ordering more product than you need and don't let you amend the order before charging the credit card. No customer service - the order is non-cancelable. They did give me a return mail #. I'm waiting for the order to arrive so i can send it back - allegedly with full refund.
