I received a letter from Citi Financial indicating a "cash prize notification", as part of a "Consumer Promotion Sweepstakes Drawing", "an entry slip, with serial number 2986NC, attached to your name drew the lucky winning number: 01-08-09-25-44" for $50,000.
Enclosed was what appears to be a check for $3860.00 from RMR Healthcare Richardson LLC of Round Rock, TX drawn on an account JP Morgan Chase Bank.
To receive the remainder of the prize I must Western Union a "Non-Resident Tax Clearance Fee of $1920.00" to:
