I ordered a complete DVD set of the "Columbo" detective series. It was advertised as being able to be played in all regions of the US. NOT SO! If you have an older player like I do, these DVDs will not play on your DVD player. I must admit that when I contacted their customer service rep, he did try to help by offering different solutions, but I ended up having to return the DVDs to China. I was promised a full refund within a few weeks. Every time I threatened action with the customer service rep, I was promised that it would not be necessary and that my refund was forthcoming. I finally contacted my bank and placed a complaint with them to get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT.
