Im in the same city with my loved one thats in jail when i got in contact with jail call solution because the stated on ther web site that i can obtain unlimited calls for 29.95 a month plus a one time fee of 14.95 i thought great deal then when the agent called me after the took my money and explained it further i asked for a refund she went ahead and issused the number then proceeded to tell me i cant get my money back and i still had to had money to paytel thats all the money i had i didnt appreciate being scammed like that and i need my money.
