I sent the code in and it took me to and area that asked for my email and promptly asked for my Name - First & Last, Address, home phone, cell phone, date of birth
Just wanted to warn anyone who might get this to please NOT send any of your personal to these scamming sites. There is no reason to make it easier for them to continue scamming people.
