I sent 248.00 dollars on this date. I have paper work and was also told several times that the 49.00 dollars would not be refunded, but the 298.00 would be. I was told that that my 13 year old could go with me on the cruise and that there would be no more changes. Then I got another bill and it said that only for 18 year old could go. THEN MORE MONEY!!!!! Now I can't get my money back....but I do have a piece of junk....that says I have a 198.00 credit. What would I have gotten for 5000.00....probably the same.....nothing. Silly me....single Mom thinking she could treat her son to a cruise. Shame on them I could really use that money.
