My Mother's checking account was charged for an electronic check payment of $447.34. She is 90. I called the 888 number listed on the check to find out what was going on and Trevor #183 told me that mom authorized this transaction over the phone. He asked for Mom's phone number because that is how he could research the transaction. Mom has not been at that number for several months. Trevor, if indeed that is his real name, said that he would authorize a refund and it would take 21 business days. We are filing a complaint with the bank, withdrawing all but $10 and opening a new account since they now have mom's account number.
