I have already had my identity stolen and I am being embezzled by my so called "Trustee Of Record" Joseph Dulles Allen. CA Bar #48922. He has been - by his own admission in writing - putting all of the funds from "The Diane Mackenzie Special Needs Trust" into his own accounts since October 8th, 2007.

He is illegally using my personal Social Security Number - has stolen my identity and in the process is defrauding SociaL Security and Medicare in my name. The Local Santa Barbara Social Security Office, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara and Alex Lambrous Attorney at Law have all been aware of this since March of 2008. I happened to find out last July. (2011)

I reported Mr. Allen's crimes to the Santa Barbara Police Dept. as instructed by Medicare. Detective Kristin Shamordola opened Case File # 11-5472.

I provided all of the necessary evidence and then some in writing. I heard nothing - it took me weeks to get in touch with her. She literally told me that when Joe Allen explained why he had my monies in his accounts that she believed he was and is acting legally.

Not even close. He has stolen and allowed others to steal literally over 90% of my possessions. I illegally lost my home at the same time in September 2009. I was brutally raped and beaten in January of 2010. I have yet to receive the medical treatment I need specifically because of Joe Allen and the Santa Barbara Police Department. I have lost 10,000's of dollars in benefits. This man and those that support him in his illegal actions have stolen my life from me. I was illegally forced to move from the first home which reasonably accommodated my disabilities. I am living in an apartment complex which is so filthy I got a staph - infection upon moving in here. Fortunately, not the flesh -eating variety - however it was the next notch down. I am surrounded by heroin dealers and addicts. It is terrifying. My Service Dog - the sweetest Pembroke Welsh Corgi was attacked by one of these addicts. The reason I am writing this complaint is that I had been guaranteed a loan I desperately need by USA Cash Advance. Apparently I am lucky I was to receive my loan today and have not been able to reach them. So I will only have all of my utilities turned off/ both my service animals need treatment. They are out of food and medication. I will have no way to communicate - no heat - no hot water - no electricity. I already weigh 98lbs. because I don't have enough money for food and my other basic needs.
I am sure there are many people that would simply say so what - you are living off of our tax dollars. The irony is that had this trustee not gotten away with and continue to get away with destroying my life - even with the expected setbacks - I would have been either all the way off of any assistance programs or very close to it.
So, preventing me from working and moving forward in my healing has unnecessarily cost the tax payers money - they should not have to pay.
This is one small piece of the hell I have been put through - simply because this man works with the Santa Barbara Police Dept.
I am so exhausted - I honestly do not know how I am going to get through this.
