ORDERED FREE TRIAL OF BOTH,HAVENT RECIEVED ANY.THEY HAVE NOW TAKEN £139.90 FROM MY ACCOUNT VIA DEBIT CARD. THE CARD NO. I GAVE THEM FOR THE POST AND PACKING. I HAVE JUST COMPLAINED TO CITIZENS ADVICE, ALSO SENT E MAIL TO THE COMPANY IN ENGLAND. NOT HAPPY! IT HAS TAUGHT ME A LESSON, AND ITS A REAL SHAME THAT OTHER COMPANIES WILL SUFFER DUE TO THIS SCAM.

- I have emailed the company and they have told me that I will not be getting a refund, just wondered if anyone could advise me where to go from here please.
