I was charged on June 3rd in the amount of 79.99,called and spoke to customer service and was told I would be getting a refund w/in 5-7 days,this has been going on since June 8th…I received an email June 30th from this company stating that I would receive my refund w/in another 5-7…these people are scammers…they also took the 1.95 also and had no problem refunding that amount w/in 2 days..and if you cancel w/in the first 14days you still get charged…even if you read the fine print when you order their product…I will also be reporting this company to the BBB,very displeased with this company.I've also have been mailing them since 7/25 and this is what I've been getting in response..... So what I'm reading it takes 28 days to process a refund between banks?and why would my status say closed if I have not actually received my refund?meaning this problem isn't resolved,hopefully I will see this refund by the end of the week....thanks

How many people are going to tell me that my refund has processed, and I will see a reflection on my account?I call today and can't even speak to someone who can actually help me vs looking at a computer screen telling me what I already know.I was also told today that it has not been refunded or processed,what is wrong with this company,email this person email customer support,what is really going on?ithis company took a minuteto pullmoney from my account and itsbeentaking 2monthsto get a 40$ refund.....plus I keep getting the same BS...your refund is being processed,ticket closed....great customer service....I would like to speak to someone or get an address for a corporate office because this is really bs!but again ill wait for the same sorry reply......

What kind of company is this?are you not reading the comment string?a few more days or a few more months!!!I've been waiting since June8 to get my refund,then you guys keep closing this up like this has been resolved...obviously we as customers don't mean Shit to your company....refund my damn money

Still have not received my refund.....on the third of Aug. It has been two months since my money was taken out of my account.and today two months ago you received your product back...and I'm still waiting for my refund,called Friday and was told that my refund has been qued and Is in line for refund.two months and counting,really?no one had an issue with refunding my 1.95$ but the bigger amount is still waiting in line to be refunded....what's wrong with this picture?

I still have not seen my refund on my account,let me remind this company that I have been waiting for my refund since the 8th of June,now it is the middle of august,if this company wasn't ripping other customers off and having to refund them also you guys would be able to get it together...again I have not seen my refund,spoke to my bank and was told once it refunds ln your side my bank takes 24hrs to post to my account,so please stop telling me it has been refunded and ill see it in a fee days....please look into my info and give me a correct answer..don't keep feeding me BS.....(these people are scammers and need to be prosecuted for going into peoples cc accounts and bank accounts w/out permission)the number I have on my cc statement is 877-812-7393
