A young teenage girl came to my door saying she was raising money to go to college this was on 07/11/2011. I listened to her story. I decided to subscribe to Rachael-ray everyday for 20 issues. I wrote a check for the amount of $63.00 (Atlantic Circulation Inc.), she was happy and said thank you and would receive my first issue in 120 days. At this point my check was cashed and no magazines. On 11/15/2011 I called the company (Atlantic Circulation Inc) and spoke to a rep(Jennie) saying that my magazines will be delayed until Dec 2011 to Jan 2012, so they offered me 40 issues for the price of the 20 issues at no extra cost to me. I agreed and said if I don't receive the issue by the end of Jan 2012, I will be calling back. On 01-31-2012 I called the company(Atlantic Circulation Inc) back spoke to a rep(Jennie) said that the magazine was still on delay at this point I was very upset that I hadn't received one issue and they were giving me the run around. she stated that they were to have them by the middle of Feb 2012, she said we can offer you 60 issues for the price of the 20 issues at no extra cost to me. Once again I agreed. Then on March 5, 2012 I called the company(Atlantic Circulation Inc) again, spoke to a rep (Mickey) and explained I didn't want the 20-40- or 60 issues they have been promising to send to me since I ordered it back on 07-11-2011. I requested that they refund my money of $63.00, the rep went on to say that they issue checks and it would take 30 working days and a check would be mailed to me. So on April 13, 2012 I called the company(Atlantic Circulation Inc) once again at 717-755-3480. At this point there was no answer the phone just rang. Then again on 5-3-2012 I called the company (Atlantic Circulation Inc) at 717-755-3480, no answer. Now today 05-22-2012 call (Atlantic Circulation Inc), the 717-755-3480 has been disconnected. I do know this if they come to my house again this year, which I found out they are in Grants Pass, Oregon, I will be telling them to leave or I will call the police. They are a big scam using innocent young adults.
