ordered online and received drops in timely manner for cost of s&h. I followed directions as follows: 10 drops under tongue twice daily. Do not swallow for 30 seconds and eat or drink nothing for 20 min. Also was to receive fitness cd's, the 1st of which was free. I gained 3 lbs in 8 days and called customer service number to cancel, but they had already taken out of my acct. $62.97.cust. serv. was very poor connection and foreign girl with thick accent. connection became worse after she found I was unhappy. Finally went to another phone and called and she said to wait until second bottle arrived and call back for instructions. Second bottle has not yet arrived and the money was taken out 5/12. On 5/14 money was taken out for the next fitness cd. ($34.97). Now I cannot get through to customer service.
