Same thing that's happened to everyone else. Charged $99.00 to my debit card and didn't know until I checked my bank statement. I was under the impression that I wouldn't be charged anything unless I bid on something. Sent numerous emails and got responses that there was nothing they could do but give me additional bids for "FREE". After several emails telling them that I was going to do everything I can to let everyone know what kind of "company" BIDRACK is, and to try to stop as much business from going their way as possible, I requested a manager to call me. The next morning an"account manager" called me, and guess what. You guessed it, nothing she could do. Spread the word DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BIDRACK!
