ordered what I thought to be a free trial of this product, however when the package arrived i realised this to be untrue I telephoned the customer services dept but they were very unhelpful. when i told them that I no longer wanted the product and would retun it straight away they would not give me the information I needed to return the product. I asked them for assurances that they would not take any money from my bank, they said they would not. however today I see that they have taken money from my account. I sent the product back by special delivery so they coulc not deny having recieved it.i feel totally missled by their advertising.
