i wont go into detail but took over a month to recieve my product and when it arrived it was fake. numerous emails and even me returning it resulted in hitting a brick wall and the item was sent back to me (after they denied even recieving it at first until i sent them attachment photo of the recorded delivery reciept which they even denied i had attached to my email.) this company needs taking down and prosecuting and hopefully sent to prison. no morals, scruples or shame off them. hope everyone gets this site at top of the google search when they type in essence store then potential customers will steer well clear.
