I ordered online the dr.beats studio headphones last May 09,2012,and i recieved may 16,2012 but im surprise its from china,thats teng qi shanghai limited freight and no return address in the receipt and wrong description insted of headphones what stated thier is jocket&sport shoes,when i open the box at home i pound out that the headphone that i order is not working so i call the number in the warraty booklet to report what happen but i'm so disapointed bec.the represintative that i spoke to says that the unit is counterfit,one thing more there phone number in the receipt that i recieve is fake number also,how can i return thier product to return back my money that they take off from my credit card.
