I noticed on my bank statement there was a check for 30.00 , i viewed the image of the check, and it showed Check Process and in memo it shows Capital Advance Capitol Payday, I never authorized to take out money from my acct. I already paid my Time Warner Bill on May 15, 2012, thinking i was going to be ok and had money to cover it today. I don't know who these people are, and i already told my bank about this and they are looking into it, still i was Over drawn 34.00 because of NSF in my acct. My bank refunded my back the 34.00, I still have to go into my local bank, and file a formal complaint because this is considered check fraud. I already had a complaint against My Money Toolbox, they took out $29.95. My bank is working on that one, that was from my debit card. I am not sure but i think they are the same company. I applyed for a payday loan, and they money was deposited into my acct on May 15,2012 I did sign and know who they are. I don't know who these people are. One day I think i have money and next day my acct is Overdrawn. I agree Lets get these people.
