I recieved a call from Infusion Resources and Medical Supplies and was told that I could recieve a back brace and a cushion to help me stand from a seated position. I was told that they had to get prior authorization from my insurance and a script from my primary physician. I gave them all my medical insurance information along with my social security number. My doctor did not recive a request for precription and when I called the number they gave me, the answering machine said I had called American Diabetes and Med Supply. I tried all the extensions given to me and I could not get through anyone. The number they gave is 1-877-856-9911 and person I spoke with is Tom Rodrigues.

This is not a scam. I am Tom Rodrigues the person you spoke with. Infusion Resource is a part of american diabetes and med supply. No money could have possibly been charged to you as the supplies were available to you free of charge.
please remove this as I do not want my name linked to a scam. I was an employee for a legitimate company and at the very worst you received bad customer service, or more likely as this happens often your doctor misplaced the paperwork.
I am sorry you feel as if you have been scammed, but this was simply not the case. -
