I'm completely disappointed. My first call was to check on arrival. The date on the computer being shipped was different from what the representative would concede to. Then was told it would be 14 to 21 BUSINESS days for shipping, not the 7 to 10 on the computer. 2nd phone call, I just said please credit my account, this isn't for me. The order has been shipped and since they are all 'seeds' everything will be fine for the shipping dates of 7 to 14 Business days. I order 5 sets of SEEDS, NOT plants. This is what it says on their web page:

Q: Why do Weather Conditions and the Climate of My Location affect when my order is shipped from Gardeners' Collection?

A: SEASONAL LIVE PLANTS - Because We Unconditionally Guarantee all of our plants to grow and thrive, it is absolutely necessary that Every Order is custom prepared for shipment according to the growing, planting and climate conditions required to assure successful growth where you live. We ship only when our Nursery Experts feel the weather conditions are optimal in your region for best planting results AND safe from weather related damage during shipping.

Delivering LIVE PLANTS and Guaranteeing their success is a tricky business and there are a lot of factors that must be understood and considered. This includes the weather conditions at our nursery location and the health and size of plants prior to shipping. If necessary we would rather delay your order for a day or two or longer (especially early in the season) during cold weather rather than risk shock damage to your plants during loading or transportation. We Guarantee that All Orders will Arrive in time for Proper Planting.

NON-SEASONAL LIVE PLANTS and PRODUCTS are shipped throughout the year and will arrive within 4 to 6 weeks from the date your order is received.

Q: How Long will it take for my Gardeners' Collection Order to arrive after it is shipped?

A:Orders shipped from Gardeners' Collection, weighing 5 pounds or less may take 4-7 days (after leaving the Nursery) to arrive at your home via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Items weighing more than 5 pounds may take 7-10 days (after leaving Nursery) to arrive at your home via United Parcel Service. Please remember that this means from the time that an order is shipped, not from the time that it is received. If for instance, you place an order for tomato plants in January and you live in Maine - you should not expect to receive your order until the latter part of May.



How is that SEEDS??????? Once I return the "UNOPENED' Package to an address that isn't on the box, then I will be credited my $60 something dollars back minus the shipping/handling of seeds. But, if I open the box to accept any portion of the package (including the free banana plant thank you gift) I can't be refunded. This is sad!!
