I signed up to have my interest rates lowered from 0-3%. This started on Dec.15 and I've gone through 5 "financial planners".Laura,the boss, was supposed to take over when others failed to help me but she never bothered to call me or work on my case,ever.When I called , she was always with another client. For the last 2 weeks, they must have moved out because no one has ever answered and I have called 20 times a day. Today I found out if you call your credit card company that you paid the fee with and tell them you got scamed they will help you get a refund and go after the scammers themselves.
