PLEASE READ THIS: Like all of you on here we had the same thing happen. A bogus check comes through from Alliance Network for a $29.95 charge that you didn't make. I have been doing my own investigative work as well on this matter. You first must get a front and back image if the fraudulent check from your bank or online. In our case the bogus check comes out of a Renasant Bank in Tupelo, Mississippi, their headquarters. There phone number is 877-367-5371. You can speak to fraud dept. The bank is familiar with this complaint and has there own ongoing case. Aparently, Alliance Network has/had an account at Renasant Bank. This may be where the checks are originating from. I myself live in California so I'm not sure how they got my info.

Here is some info. from my bogus check: on the back of the cancelled check it is stamped Renasant Bank: 089235855 that is a sequence number, then 084201294 that is the banks routing number. The endorsment is a stamped signature that says: Joseph Adam or Alan Jackson. Below the name is an acct#: 4011100513. The phone number on the front of the check for Alliance Network is 877-781-7082 it is now disconnected as of today 5/16/12.

I'm not sure if other victims on here have the same kind of check as mine, but you all should be checking the bank numbers on your bogus check and try to see where and what bank it came out of. Also file a report with the FBI as well. If we all submit information we can hopfully catch whoever is doing this. My husband has had to close this business account that was scammed and get new checks, new bank stamps and account numbers. I'm sure others have had to do the same. It is very frustrating and costly. Good luck to everyone on here.

  • My credit union refunded me the $29.95 without question. But I had to change my account number and buy new checks. Those new checks cost $31.10. So to keep myself from getting further scammed I had to go even further in the hole. I'd like to have 5 minutes alone with these jerks.
