Received letter stating that I had won $250,000.00 in a draw held in Australia. Gave the lot numbers drawn and said they had consequently won the 2nd catagory. Letter states that I was approved for lump sum payment of $250,000.00 at NO EXTRA COST from their North American payment office in Buffalo, New York and payment should be claimed within a 2 week time frame. It also states that a clearance fee will be deducted from prize winnings and then a check will be mailed to me.
