I did a Google search on the Email address and it brought me to this website.
I have pasted the contents of this Email below. As of this posting, I am in the process of being a customer service representative. I will do all that I can to try and obtain a physical location of this individual.

- I'm editor at Kalona News and received the same email from same address in June of 2013.
