I ordered a black dress next day delivery and arrived 3 days late, when it finally came it wasn't the right size that I ordered so I sent it back, I then emailed them 5 times and had no reply! the tracking showed the parcel had been received back to them and they told me they haven't got it. Still waiting for a reply to my emails and a refund to my bank account! they have no phone number and never reply to customers if you go onto Missguided Facebook they have pages and pages of complaints and people have waited up to 3 months for refunds!
