A few weeks ago I ordered a test package of facial creame for a small amount. A few days later I received two small packages from Malmö, Sweden - but not including any information material as to how to use it, how to order again and not less the price.
On 7th and 8th May there was withdrawn 94 USD and 104 USD from my acount in my bank! I have not received any new packages - and I am unable to get through by phone. I have all day got the message to call later and hang up.
I have informed my bank, but they are not able to much about it.
