This morning when checking my checking account online, I notice that this company had withdrawn $31.96 from my account. I have no idea who they are, and I didn't give them permisson to get the money. I called, and told them I wanted my money back, and was told that they will refund it back into my account. I informed them that I close the account to prevent any other unauthorize withdrawals, and that I would like for them to mail me my refund in the mail. I was told that they could only refund the money back into the original account. When I asked to speak to their boss, I was told that they would only tell me the same thing, and patched to a recording.

- they did the same thing to me today !!! if they don't refund my money back my bank will be opening up a case on them !!!
