Shaboom media charged me $9.99 on 04/04. I called my mobile company T-Mobile and the representative asked me to call Shaboom directly because this charged has been over one month. Here is their number 888-890-6150. They commited to mail me the refund check within 7-10 business days. I will see. I think Shaboom is a very bad company and we have to files a complian to stop this kind of false activity.
