My checking account was charged $31.96 from this company and I have no idea what it is. I called the number and the lady told me that she can't help me because they have no information on file. Um....duh...because I haven't done anything and I want my money back! Now she says that she can send me a refund but it would take 7-10 business days....it didn't take them 7-10 business days to take it out of my account! BBB needs to know about this! This company shouldn't be allowed to operate anymore!

Because of avanix wrongfully taking out the $31.96 my account has been overdrafted....what are they goin to do nothing! this is ridiculous and i am one very mad lady!
