I just came in from the Airport and the custom are saying we most insure sheila before she can be ship to the states that is the new law from Thailand SPCA. Please,if you can send a $260 i will conclude with them today and ship the puppy today so that you will received her tomorrow as agreed.I will appreciate it very much,sorry for any inconveniences and delay this must have cost you.
