My fiancé ordered a pair of shoes that were advertised for less than what she had seen in the store. The shoes never arrived... Soon after the delivery date had passed, we found all the negative reviews. We immediately called PayPal (using the toll free number previously posted from another complaint) and filed a dispute. We had to wait (7) days, as per PayPal's dispute process, but all the money was refunded. Today (05/09), she received a small 2x3 inch envelop from the seller, which contained a hotel type shower cap. Based on several complaints that we read, the seller does this to show that a package was delivered. Stay away from this site. Nothing but a scam... PayPal needs to remove them from their vendor list.
