I ordered a pair of shoes on Rios shoes website on 4/15/12, for my daughter's wedding. I never received them, then I realized that I ordered it from another country so I thought oh maybe it will just take a long time. Today I googled Rio shoes to check on my order and saw a google for rios-scam and found this scam book. I read another persons complaint and that made me think a couple of days ago I received a pink sponge that you wash pots and pans with. OMG, was that my shoes? I paid thru papal, upon checking the transaction receipt from paypal, the order money was sent to the same name I received the sponge from:qifen fang. I sent in an immediate request for refund to paypal, I am waiting for the results. I have used almost the exact same story line, I read here at scam book. too eery to be coincidence! I am hoping paypal investigates and eliminates Rios shoes. Please Buyer Beware!
