I am in the process of trying to get my money back as I write this complaint. This Colon Cleanse product was advertised on Facebook along with another product, Revita Slim. They were offered for a free trial if you paid for the postage. No where in this ad did they say what the real cost of this product normally sells for. They gave you 7 days to respond if you wanted to commit to purchasing this product. These two products were mailed one day apart and in separate shipments. I unfortunately took it for granted that they were one company because there was no return address for the Revita slim product and there was one for the Colon Cleanse product and I had ordered both of them from one website on Facebook. I contacted the Revita slim number I was given and cancelled the order thinking that took care of both products. After this trial period was over, my bank account was automatically tagged for a $149.73 deduction for this bottle of 60 pills. I called to try and send back the pills and not be billed this amount of money and was told that I had "signed" an agreement and that my money could not be returned. If there was an agreement that I signed, I am not aware of when that happened and there was no clarity on what the penalty would be for having signed this agreement. It all seems pretty shady to me, and they definitely want to keep your money and they definitely do not want their product back. I am fighting this charge and have no idea if I will ever see my money again, but I wanted to warn others of these type of scams. They are frustrating to say the least of trying to talk to someone "foreign" and getting absolutely no where. I guess I should probably have listened to the statement of "If it sounds to good to be true, then it probably isn't!"
