Update on previous posts. i have also tried to find the address in Galashiels a town i know well and it is not there. Sorry Bordercrafter i had already done this before reading your post. I have called the number 01782450105 and got my RMA numbers for the two products. The cheeky so and so tried to get me to take on other products too but i told him politelyish where he might want to store them.
I will get the items away to the Galashiels address and see what happens but i have been assured as long as they have the items back with them in 7 days they wont be collecting money from my account. I have a feeling they might have a delay their end in locating my package.
