My husband received a letter in the mail from this company in the mail. There was a check for $1389.30 telling us that he was accepted as a secret shopper. Luckily we have had a prior run in with other scammers and were smart enough to call the bank the check was drawn from. The bank informed us that the check was not ligit and they have had others being scammed from this company. I went online to see if the phone number listed on the letter matched anything online and thats how I came across scambook.com. I feel bad for the people who were sucked into this scam. Word of advise to anyone else who receives a random check in the mail. Call the bank you will find out if it is real. Anything that appears to be to good to be true generally is.
