I too have been worried about these companies Slimvida / ColonFlow. I did however manage to get to the bottom of this very sly organisation which main goal seems to be to trick you into paying for products that you only wanted as a 'FREE' trial not £140 per month!! My answer to all of you is contact your credit card company and make sure they do not allow this company to take any money from you let them know it is potential a scam! My bank was then able to locate a CORRECT telephone number unlike the numbers they give you which DO NOT WORK! The right number is a USA line +18882438502 (use skype as its free or very cheap) Ask for a RMA number for both products, once you have this they want you to return half of products ( half because the free trial is 14 days and the content of the bottles is 30 days so if you keep taking them they charge you the full amount!...... Didn't make that very clear did they!!!! ) to a UK address

Make sure you put your RMA code on the outside of your package and include this RMA and your full name and billing address on a piece of paper inside.
Do all this as quick as possible as these scams pray on people to procastinate.

If you ring the number above and it for some reason fails to work (it works on skype if you have a good connection)ring this number immediately 01782 450105! They will try and make you stay with them but that is only to be expected. Be strong!

- Hey guys, I just thought I'd let you know that, since reporting the company to my local trading standards office, they have been in tough with the New York office of Natural Health Network, and I have miraculously received a reply to one of my numerous e-mails to them, promising that the full amount of £125.90 has been refunded to my bank. Get onto your local trading standards office - it worked for me. Hope everyone gets their money back.

- I have unfortunately been caught on this too, but as above not been able to get any reply's. My credit card company is trying to help so i have my fingers crossed.... False Adverts are a pain and not good for Cash Flow i hope everyone see's these scam reports to try and put these companies out of Business!!! Not Happy At All!!!

My local trading standards office rang natural health network in New York, and within 3 days I had the money refunded to my bank - suggest you try that Hayley

Hayley, ring 01782 450105. It's a UK number for Natural Health Network, and they gave me the returns number to quote. ALso their e-mail address is [email protected]
