I thought I was ordering 2 Tory Burch designer purses. I entered all my personal information, along with my credit card number. When I pressed the submit button it said error. I sent them 2 emails to see what had happened and they never responded. I tried to cancel the order and it would not let me.
I then went to my checking account and they had already processed the transaction. I went back to their web site and it was still saying that my cart was waiting to be checked out. No phone number listed to contact them.
