I ordered through the internet one pack of Nutrascience diet pills, they subsequently sent me another pack plus patches without request. I did not know what was happening and didn't realise this was bening taken out of my bank account. Then today 6.05.12 I have received yet another jar plus patches unrequested, no doubt money has been taken out for this as well. None of the above as requested. How do I address this.

Hi there, i actually bought the pills from nutrascience a week ago. I I hope you read the terms and conditions on their website because on there it says once you buy from them you automatically subscribe to monthly auto shipment unless you call them and cancel the auto shipment after your first purchase. I didn't know about it neither until I called the CS team and realised that I had to cancel over the phone to ensure they don't send me monthly supply of the products and charge my card. The number to call is 08447451722.
