Santander brought Triad financial and told me i owe them 10,000 dollars i told them i only owed about 5,000 dollars, they kept giving me the run around,i was also told that simple intrest was applied. before i was 1month behind in payments they took my car. Now i have received a letter fromManagement Services Incorpated stating they brought this debt from Satander and i owe 6,355.11. Please help me , if they would of taken the car back the first week i purchase this car due to it felt like kicking in rear of car i would not have went through all of the stress, but they told me it was nothing they could do because i brought it and it was mine it had only 44miles on it when purchase the car was taken back to be looked at serveral time
