I ordered a box set of Avatar The Last Airbender off of this website on 4-18-12. Their website says that it takes 2-4 days shipping. It's been almost a month & I still haven't received my purchase. They charged my credit card BEFORE shipping it, which to my knowledge is illegal. They said that they would send a total of 5 emails about the tracking of my product, but I've only received two indicating that my order is still processing. They have NO phone number, but an email & address that I've ruled out as a fake address. They have their location listed as California on their website, but on their Facebook page they claim they are located in Malaysia. I've heard a lot of complaints about this website after I researched it. Apparently they never ship the accurate products out, or they never come at all. They also have a history of charging people's credit cards after someone makes an order. I either want my product or my money back.

yea the same thing happened to me too and my bank called them and it goes to voice mail so my bank gave me my money back.
