Purchase was made. Contacted them through their live chat. Item was said to be mailed. According to them, item is specially made so it takes a while. It states in their policy that item will be shipped out 24 hours after payment confirmed and Confirmation will be e-mailed. None was provided. it is now 05/03/12 and yet still no product. demanded refund. i have been ignored.
