I was at the emergency in a hospital in Winnipeg. I had to use the pay phone, but didn't have any change. I was charged $2.24 x 5!! I only made 2 calls that connected properly!! That the heck is that??
They were both local calls!!!
This is so stupid!! How can we let this happen? I am NOT impressed!!!
