Advert shows oil change for $18.99. I verified total charge, but was informed that a synthetic blend for $42.00 total is ideal. Agreed to this, but on completion tech demanded $67.00 because he used a synthetic oil instead.He volunteered to replace the synthetic for the blend as requested.Harsh and low expressions ensued, and a determination to stand before my car to avoid get away. Called Altamonte police to report incident.
