I ordered the liposlim and natural cleanse trial for $4.95 per bottle after reading a review posted my a fox news reporter. Two weeks later I was billed for $168.00 after my "two week free trial" was over. A trial I was lead to belive ended after the one month supply I ordered was used up. The product didn't even work. I tried to get a refund and was told If I send the bottles back that I would get a partial refund. Okay, half is better than nothing. So I sent it back. 10 days later I still don't have a refund and the customer service number now directs me to a website that is of no help whatsoever. I spent 4 hours lookinf for the review I had first read and whenI found it the review was WORD FOR WORD advertising two new product called Slim optimum and detox pro. Results were identical. I know because I printed out the original review the day I fell prey to this scam and then compared the two today. I couldn't believe it. so I called the number provided by this "new" company and I got the same runaround as I did with the liposlim customer service dept. This is the first company I have ever heard of that absolutley WILL NOT let you speak to a supervisor. It is my beliefe that it is the same company selling a different yet equally ineffective product. So before you order any diet products make sure it isn't listed in this reporters review as the new hit diet pill because you will just be wasting your money. - I found a review also about Slim Optimum and Detox Pro by Slim Optimum so I decided to look it up and found this your complaint. I looked at the website of the review you found and it is basically identical to the one I found except that the reporters name is different and a few other changes. - the same thing happened to me, there was no number found and there is not a slim otimum website anymore two charges of 79.95 was charged to my account after the free trail, wish i would have seen this before ordering

- I just had this happen to me. There are seperate phone numbers for slim optimum and detox pro but yet the same woman answered when i called both. I told her that the 100% satisfaction guarantee is contradictory as it says if you are unhappy with your bottle AFTER the trial to return it for a full refund minus shipping (now here is the catch) and a 10% restocking fee for UNOPENED bottles. How can you know you are unhappy with a product unless you OPEN it and try it?? I got no where with these people. It cost me 89.95 each which they took out of my account after the 14 day trial period. I also thought it was to be charged after trying the product for 30 days. HUGE scammers. I asked the phone rep if she was the owner as I made 3 calls between the SO and Detox tel numbers and she answered all 3 calls. She said no but she is "very close to the owner" so she would make certain that I got a return call or email back from the owner within 3 days. Yeah, we will see if that happens. AVOID these people at ALL costs. They will take your money and run. The product does not work and they do not care. They will just open up again with another name.
