I previously left a message on here about my case with Paypal and Rios Shoes. Here is an IMPORTANT update! Paypal denied my refund, so I called them today and asked for the dispute department. I spoke with someone named Nathan, explained what happened and he immediately put in for a refund for the $44.55. He said it's very important to call the dispute department immediately, and don't even mail the item back when you get the email from Paypal saying to do so. So, for all of you who are waiting through the dispute process....call Paypal TODAY and explain your case with a live person.
