My wife received a letter in the mail stating that she won $365,000 from a Lottery based out of Los Vegas, but it was post marked in Seattle WA. The letter stated that there is a check enclosed to cover taxes for the money that she won and to call 778-891-8733 and talk to Michael Lunas to active the check. The guy told her to deposit the check ($4,000) in in our account and call him back ASAP after it was done and that we would get our first installment setup to be delivered on Friday.

So being a little skeptical she took it to the bank and had the bank teller and manager check to find out that it was indeed a fake check meant to get your banking information on the return check so they can drain and/or wipe out your account!
