This company subject people to mis-leading sales practice and any information is given in a complex and confusing nature. The exact same thing has happened to myself and my partner. Although my partner made enquires about taking out a loan and then a few days later £69.99 had gone out of the account, I was totally unaware that this was going to happen and neither was my partner. I rang the company and was told to send an e-mail requesting a copy of the conversation, I was told to send a cheque for £9.95 for a copy of the call (what a cheek) after incurring charges at the bank I am not able to afford this so asked them to listen to the call and consider a refund as this money was taken without my knowledge or consent, to which I have been told the refund is declined as it has passed the 7 day cooling period , first I've heard of any cooling off period, this company is quite frankly ripping people off, it's daylight robbery and it's not fair. This really needs to be looked at as surely there is law's that clearly being broken.
